The court held that although a former employee proved that his employer failed to provide reasonable accommodation, the employer was justified in terminating his employment.  This is an employment discrimination case brought by a deaf man who was terminated from his job as a surgical tool repairman for allegedly taking company property.  He brought claims under the ADA, Title VII, ADEA and state law, alleging failure to accommodate and discriminatory termination.  The Court granted summary judgment on the unlawful termination claims but not those relating to failure to accommodate, finding that a conflict in evidence existed.
